Therapy & Coaching

Our personalized therapeutic and coaching support aims to help young adult clients manage symptoms related to mood disorders that are impacting their ability to function. CBT, DBT and Executive Function Work are key areas of focus as is parent coaching and family therapy as clinically indicated. Proactive medication management also plays an essential role in the treatment and support of mood disorders.

Group Therapy

Our wide-ranging group curriculums offer each client the opportunity to learn and practice new skills, process emotions and build community while meeting their unique needs.
