CARF Survey Findings

Across the board, clients had nothing but positive things to say about The Dorm. For example, a client stated - "I wouldn't be where I am right now without them, and I know that is a fact.

Staff members of The Dorm are highly qualified. They think outside the box and bring impressive knowledge and creativity to their work with the clients.

Leadership is supportive of and sensitive to the personal and professional needs of the workforce. It takes actions that demonstrate corporate responsibility during times of social need, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
