Our mission-driven, in-person IOP program helps young adults (ages 18-30) build a life of independence.
Locations
In-person IOP treatment offered 5+ days/week, 11 hours/day with 24/7 after-hours support line.
Client Profile
We specialize in treating young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are diagnosed with a variety of mental health, trauma, eating disorders, substance use disorders, learning, mood and personality disorders.

Mood Disorders (including mild to severe depression and bipolar disorder)

Anxiety Disorders (generalized anxiety, panic and others)

“Failure to Launch Syndrome” — As a result of their symptoms, many of our young adult clients have become “stuck” and unable to launch an autonomous life grounded in passion and personal meaning.

We focus on delivering wrap-around care through advanced clinical therapy support, skill-building services, group therapy, parent and family services and community.

Individualized Treatment

Multiple clinical entry points across 6 tiers of clinical care

Treatment plans that range from 3-30+ hours per week with no two client schedules that look the same
Amplified Personal Support

All clients are assigned licensed professionals for personalized support. At Tiers 1 and 2 this includes a 2:1 clinician to client ratio:

Licensed Individual Therapist: supporting ongoing clinical needs

Licensed Skills Therapist: focused support around skill-based development and learning

Full-time registered dietitians available on-staff
Group Therapy

Over 100 groups available weekly across multiple categories including didactic, process, skill-building, community/social, mindfulness/wellness and more.
Parent & Family Support

Parent Coaching (all parents are assigned a dedicated licensed skills therapist)

Family Group Therapy (including parent processing groups & siblings groups)

The Parent Collective - a biweekly psycho-educational support group for Dorm Parents

Weekly Supported Families Anonymous Meetings

Parent workshops and skill-building
Community Clubhouse

A safe and supported on-site community space for fellowship, connection, socialization, and fun; open 6 days a week, monitored by staff
Psychiatric Support

For clients with psychiatric needs, we work with local consulting psychiatrists who are experienced with our team and treatment model. We are also able to work with any existing psychiatric team.
