Therapy & Coaching

Our personalized therapeutic and coaching support helps young adult clients navigate cravings, triggers, and impulsive behaviors associated with substance use. Our goal is to support stabilization, reduce relapse risk, and build sustainable recovery skills. DBT and mindfulness-based practices are central areas of focus, strengthening emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy decision-making. As needed, parent coaching and family-based psychological counseling is available to support positive and healthy familial dynamics.

Group Therapy

Our wide-ranging group curriculums not only include dedicated recovery groups but space for each client to learn and practice new skills and build community while meeting their unique needs. Learn more ›

Community

We offer daily, in-person social skill-building opportunities to support clients as they build, practice and hone social and interaction skills with their peers in an affirming environment.

Health & Wellness

We support clients with substance use disorders in developing awareness of mood, energy, and craving patterns. With support from our holistic wellness professionals, clients learn to strengthen their emotional and bodily awareness, manage triggers and stress relief, and engage in healthier day-to-day routines.
