Therapy & Coaching

Our therapeutic and coaching approach aims to help clients build skills to manage intense emotions, reduce self-harm and impulsive behaviors, improve relationships and strengthen a sense of identity. Evidence-based treatment modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are integral to our treatment approach. Parent coaching and family programming such as DBT Skills for Parents are also imperative.

Group Therapy

In addition to dedicated DBT groups that support emotional regulation, mindfulness and healthy relationship development, our wide-ranging group curriculums offer each client the opportunity to process emotions, build community and learn new skills that meet their unique needs. Learn more ›

Community

We offer steady, in-person social opportunities and spaces where young adult clients can share honestly, build social confidence, and strengthen trust in their relationships.

Health & Wellness

We help guide our clients tune into their bodies, understand how healthy nourishment can support emotional balance, and practice mindfulness strategies that gently ease nervous system overwhelm.
