Will Telingator is a dedicated social worker who values curiosity and empathy in his clinical work. He takes an individualized approach to support each client’s unique needs. He is especially passionate about working with young adults around themes of identity exploration, self-discovery, and interpersonal relationships.
Integrating several modalities in his work with clients, Will practices psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, always grounding his work in a client-centered approach. He believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for meaningful change, and is committed to anti-oppressive and socially conscious practice.
Will earned his Master’s in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish from Grinnell College. He has previously worked in therapeutic schools and in community mental health settings, providing individual therapy and collaborating closely with families to support lasting growth.
In his free time, Will enjoys reading, going to the movies, and following Boston sports.
