Taylor Garlow is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist devoted to helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies, and ultimately find a peaceful and loving relationship with both. She is originally from Syracuse, NY where she completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition at Syracuse University and went on to get her master’s in Nutrition Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Taylor’s past experience includes working with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating. Through a non-diet, “health at every size” (HAES), and intuitive eating framework, she strives to help each of her clients make food and lifestyle choices from a place of joy and nourishment as opposed to a place rooted in negativity. Her philosophy emphasizes holistic wellness and helps clients redefine health on their terms, and find joy in nourishing not only their body but also their mind and soul. With personalized guidance, intuitive eating practices, and mindful self-care, she empowers clients to make choices that align with their individual needs and values.
In her free time, you can find Taylor watching the latest Netflix crime documentary, reading, or exploring all the sights and good eats of the DMV.
