Delaram Saidi

With over 20 years of professional marketing, business development and operational experience, Delaram is passionate about ensuring The Dorm innovates and evolves to meet the needs of clients and families.

Delaram’s commitment to The Dorm started at inception. She has led and built teams in finance, HR, marketing, outreach and operations; all with the goal of helping further the brand’s mission of providing exceptional clinical care and community to young people building independent lives.

Prior to her work at The Dorm, Delaram had a successful career as an entrepreneur and business development expert in the healthcare industry and has over a decade of experience working in product development and global marketing at some of the country’s top consumer and professional product brands.

Delaram received her Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry, chemistry, and business from The University of Colorado. She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in French. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family.
