Ciara Celestin is an empathetic and collaborative social worker dedicated to supporting young adults and their families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. With a flexible and personalized approach — and an appreciation for the healing power of humor — Ciara helps clients build the resilience and confidence needed to reach their goals.
Ciara integrates multiple evidence modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), into both individual and group work to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change in their day-to-day lives.
Ciara earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University. Her foundation in mental health advocacy began while working within the foster care system in New York City, where exposure to complex life experiences deepened her commitment to creating healing spaces and providing trauma-informed care.
Outside of work, Ciara enjoys needlepointing, taking barre classes, and listening to Beyoncé.
