Chloe Weinstein

Chloe Weinstein, LMSW, is a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to providing evidence-based care to young adults. Chloe approaches therapy through a strengths-based, culturally responsive lens, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing modalities. Her practice is grounded in anti-oppressive values, with a belief that healing is fostered through authentic relationships, agency, and shared trust.

Before joining The Dorm, Chloe gained experience supporting adolescents and young adults navigating significant life transitions. Chloe provided individual, family, and group therapy to teens ages 13–18 with complex, co-occurring mental health challenges. In this role, she facilitated CBT and DBT-based groups, conducted suicide risk assessments, and created treatment plans that centered both client strengths and family systems. She has also provided school-based counseling to college students, further deepening her understanding of the developmental needs of young adults.

Chloe earned an MSW from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and a BS in Psychology from Tulane University. Before working in mental health, Chloe developed a passion for supporting young people as a 7th-grade humanities teacher in Harlem.

In her free time, Chloe enjoys cooking and hosting friends, exploring thrift shops, caring for her houseplants, reading, and attending live music events.
