Andrys Tavarez is an experienced HR Generalist with several years of experience in a variety of industries. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Africana, Puerto Rican & Latino Studies from Hunter College and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Social Work Program at Fordham University.
Andrys brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role at The Dorm, where she uses her skills to develop and implement effective HR strategies. She is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and supports employee growth and development.
Outside of work, Andrys channels her creativity and passion for art as a way to express herself and cope with her mental health. She loves painting, pottery, and spending time with her beloved dog. Her commitment to promoting mental wellness extends to her work as an HR professional, where she strives to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being of all employees.
