Vena Cooper brings over 14 years of HR experience to The Dorm. She has worked for Deloitte, The Clinton Foundation, Target, and most recently The College Board having managed employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and professional development.
Vena has an MBA from the University of Hartford and a BA from Howard University. In her spare time, you may find her in a dance or acting class.
