Tracy Ashworth

With over 20 years of experience, Tracy brings a unique perspective to her outreach and business development role at The Dorm.

After launching her career in advertising, corporate sales and marketing at such global firms as Honeywell and Franklin Covey, Tracy made a poignant career change by choosing to bring her expertise to the behavioral mental health space where she saw an opportunity to improve how families and treatment centers connect and bring the right care to those in need.

For the last 10 years, Tracy has worked with and consulted for prominent treatment facilities across the country, advising them on admissions best practices, improving their intake and aftercare process, and developing their branding and business development strategies. Her passion is to make the admissions process family and client-centric, with a focus on continuity of care and compassion at every step. Her message to families going through difficult times is “Don’t give up, not on your loved one or yourself. Don’t stop until you find the right kind of help.”

Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Communications-Public Relations/Journalism. She lives with her husband Tom and their 18-year-old chihuahua Rocco in Alpharetta, GA, and loves every minute she has with her adult daughter and son who live nearby. When she is not busy at work with The Dorm, she enjoys traveling, paddling, painting, listening to music, and cooking up a storm!
