Mandy Blake-German

Mandy Blake-German brings a passion for business development, strategic planning, and relationship building to her work as Associate Director of Business Development and Outreach at The Dorm.

Mandy is a graduate of Columbia University’s Social Work Administration track, and worked as a researcher in Ghana, West Africa focused on strategic partnerships addressing health care disparities among home-bound elders and children. A highlight of her career was working with university professors on legislation to support legal workplace accommodations for those living with physical or mental health challenges. Drawing from this and other experiences, she brings a long history of success in fostering collaborations between sectors to drive sustainable business growth in the nonprofit, grassroot, home care, and mental health fields.

A proud native New Yorker, Mandy loves spending time with family and friends exploring the Hudson Valley, traveling, and practicing her craft as a voice over actor, narrator and storyteller.
