Ali’s nutrition philosophy is to “honor your body.” Ali follows an intuitive eating approach and champions body neutrality. She believes nutrition and movement is an important component of our physical, mental, and emotional health. Her mission is to equip and empower individuals through education and cultivating body attunement. Through gradual change, individuals begin to gain trust and confidence in themselves, which is Ali’s ultimate goal for every client she works with.
Volunteering and giving back are pillars in Ali’s life. Today, she primarily volunteers and fundraises for Operation Impact. In her free time, Ali can be found dancing, cheering on the buckeyes, and exploring the New York City food scene.
